How to incorporate a Cyprus company
Step 1: Choose a company name
We check availability with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and reserve your preferred name. Names must end in "Limited" or "Ltd".

There is no minimum paid-up share capital requirement for a Cyprus private limited company. The standard nominal share capital is €1,000 divided into 1,000 shares of €1 each, but this does not need to be paid up.
